• Payment data: Transaction references and payment status only. We do not store card numbers, UPI IDs, or banking credentials - these are handled entirely by PhonePe.
• Usage data: Browser type, IP address, pages visited, and session information for security and analytics.
• Communications: Emails and messages sent to us for support.

• To process and confirm your court bookings and membership subscriptions.
• To send booking confirmations, OTP verification codes, and service notifications via email.
• To manage your account and provide customer support.

4. Payment Processing - PhonePe

Online payments on our platform are processed by PhonePe Private Limited, a licensed payment aggregator regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. When you make a payment, you are redirected to PhonePe's secure payment page.

CrossCourt does not have access to your financial credentials. PhonePe's handling of your payment data is governed by PhonePe's Privacy Policy.

We receive only a transaction reference number and payment status from PhonePe to confirm your booking.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• PhonePe: Transaction data necessary to process your payment.
• Email service providers: Your email address and booking details to deliver transactional emails.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government authority.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and booking data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure session management, and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
