1. Overview

CrossCourt is committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking or membership purchase. By completing a payment, you agree to the terms stated below.

2. Court Booking Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Crosscourtlife@gmail.com or via WhatsApp to 7075010923, quoting your booking reference number.

3. Membership Cancellations

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has been activated and any booking discount has been used.
  • If no court bookings have been made under the membership, a full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase.
  • Partial refunds for unused membership duration are not provided unless required by applicable law.

4. CrossCourt-Initiated Cancellations

If CrossCourt cancels or reschedules your booking due to facility maintenance, events, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:

  • A full 100% refund to your original payment method, or
  • A complimentary rebooking at no additional charge, at your preference.

5. Payment Failure & Duplicate Transactions

  • If your payment fails during processing but an amount is debited from your account, it will be automatically reversed within 5 - 7 working days by your bank or PhonePe.
  • In case of a duplicate charge for the same booking, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7 - 10 working days.
  • Please contact us immediately at Crosscourtlife@gmail.com with your transaction reference for any payment discrepancies.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • Online payments (PhonePe): Refunded to the original payment instrument (UPI/card/wallet) within 7 - 10 working days from approval.
  • Cash payments: Refunded in cash at the CrossCourt facility within 2 working days of approval.

Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider and may vary. CrossCourt is not responsible for delays caused by banking or payment processor timelines.

7. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • No-show for a confirmed booking.
  • Cancellation made less than 12 hours before the slot.
  • Membership fees after the 7-day grace period or after discount usage.
  • Bookings made during promotional or discounted periods, unless otherwise stated.

8. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request:

  • Email us at Crosscourtlife@gmail.com with your booking reference number, registered email, and reason for cancellation.
  • Or call / WhatsApp us at 7075010923 during operating hours (6:00 AM - 10:00 PM IST).

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 working days.

9. Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ballari, Karnataka.
