1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CrossCourt booking platform ("Service") operated by CrossCourt Badminton Academy ("CrossCourt", "we", "our", "us") at Plot No. 35, Airport Road, Ashok Nagar, Shanthi Nagar, Ballari, Karnataka 583101, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

CrossCourt provides an online platform for booking badminton courts, purchasing memberships, and processing related payments. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to register and make bookings.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
  • CrossCourt reserves the right to suspend accounts found to be in violation of these terms.

4. Booking Policy

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment.
  • Each booking is non-transferable and valid only for the registered user.
  • Players must arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
  • CrossCourt reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice where possible.
  • No-shows forfeit the booking without refund.

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Online payments are processed securely through PhonePe Payment Gateway. By completing a payment, you also agree to PhonePe's terms of service.
  • CrossCourt does not store your payment card or UPI details.
  • All transactions are subject to applicable taxes.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for complete details on cancellation timelines and eligible refund amounts.

7. Memberships

  • Membership benefits are valid for the duration specified in the chosen plan.
  • Membership discounts apply only to bookings made while the membership is active and fully paid.
  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated, except as required by applicable law.

8. Conduct on Premises

  • Players must wear appropriate badminton footwear on all courts.
  • CrossCourt reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone behaving inappropriately or causing damage to property.
  • CrossCourt is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by our negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform including logos, text, graphics, and software is the property of CrossCourt and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrossCourt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ballari, Karnataka.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
